PLEASE NOTE: As per our cancellation policy, any COVID-19 related cancellations are non-refundable. In the event that travel to Puerto Rico becomes prohibited, or the hotel is closed due to a government ordinance, a credit will be granted for the deposit dollar value for a future stay, which will be good for one year from the original date of reservation.

We are taking the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) very seriously. We are sharing with you what we are doing and have always done, to ensure you have a safe and pleasant stay with us. Our exclusive and private space helps us to further limit the risk of exposure since there are no groups or crowds.

Tres Sirenas is a licensed, inspected and insured property that has always maintained high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Each guest room is cleaned before arrival from top to bottom. All common areas, guest rooms, bathrooms, bedding, floors and kitchen are all thoroughly cleaned to our high standards. We pride ourselves in keeping our villa safe, secure and clean for your visits.

Upon arrival:

As per the Government of Puerto Rico, it is mandatory that a wellness check point for all arriving guests and customers will be performed at check in. Temperature must be checked to all guests, staff and customers upon entry to the lodging property using a no-contact infrared thermometer. PLEASE CHECK the travel guidelines here, as they do change periodically. 

Travel Declaration and Contact Tracing.:

Each guest must declare if experiencing health symptoms of any kind and report if he/she has been in direct contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days. Guests must state if they are required to complete a self-quarantine or isolation during their stay based on medical recommendations, state or federal imposed guidelines.

Guests must always wear masks in public areas. If guest does not have a mask, lodging property staff will be responsible to provide guests with one. A mask can be offered at $2.00 per surgical paper mask.

The health, well-being and safety of our guests and staff are of paramount importance to us. We must limit contact time between guests and staff. Staff will at all times have safety equipment to include masks and gloves. At no time may staff be in the rooms while guests are also there. We ask that you respect the social distancing guidelines of 6 feet or more with staff and other guests.

In addition to our routine daily cleaning, we have implemented extra measures to keep our guests and employees as safe as we possibly can.
• Daily cleaning of all outdoor common areas early morning and early evening with approved disinfectants.
• Hand sanitizer will be available in all common areas
• Disinfecting common surface areas twice daily mornings and evenings (e.g., countertops, outdoor lounge chairs and tables, guest bathroom, light switches, door knobs, etc.)

At this time we are offering accommodations only, breakfast service is not available.

Daily Towel exchange available. Daily in-room housekeeping will be offered every third day, and final cleaning is included.

Late Check Out cannot be accommodated, so that we can adequately prepare and sanitize rooms between guests.

In order to keep our guests as safe as possible, we will continue to monitor the latest developments tied to the current virus issued by local and community leaders, and implement all necessary measures to maintain your safety while visiting us.
