Everything you need to know before your stay.

B&B Policy

Payments & Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance (including taxes and fees) will be automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Units Available

  • Tres Sirenas offers five exclusive oceanfront units. Availability is limited, so we highly recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our intimate property and high demand, we’ve outlined the following cancellation terms to ensure fairness for both guests and our team.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance except if Tres Sirenas is unable to host your reservation.
  • Changes to reservations during this period are considered cancellations unless we can accommodate the requested changes.
  • Reservation change fee: $250 + any difference in nightly rate.

Last-Minute & Early Departure

  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full balance of the stay.
  • Early departures are considered cancellations and will be charged in full.

General Terms

  • All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
  • Trip insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected delays or emergencies (e.g. weather, illness, jobrelated cancellations).

Taxes & Fees

  • 7.6% Energy Surcharge
  • 9% Government Tax
  • Total: 16.6%, charged with the remaining reservation balance 14 days before arrival

Guests

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the premises
  • $75 per day per additional guest
  • Any unregistered guest fees will be added automatically to your bill
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property

Event Fees (for Full Villa Rentals)

  • Event Fees for Full Villa Rentals are additional and charged on top of the Full Villa Rental Rate.
  • $750 for events with up to 25 people (including registered guests)
  • $1,000 for events with 25–40 people (including registered guests)

Damages

  • Any damages to rooms or property will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file based on fair market value, at the discretion of management.
