Tres Sirenas Boutique Guest House offers five oceanfront units to choose from. Early reservations are always recommended. A four night minimum will always apply.
In the High Season, a one week minimum may apply. Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Years Week, President’s Day Week in February, and Easter Week usually require a full inn, one week rental.
Full Inn rentals will always require a minimum 4 night stay or more.

Check-In is at 4:00 p.m., Check-Out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-ins arriving after 6:00 P.M. are required to make special arrangements for access to their rooms by calling us in advance.

Full villa rentals are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. We recommend obtaining travel insurance from providers such as as Travelex, to protect your trip from unforeseen contingencies, including bad weather, illness or job-related delays. Our guests book their stays far in advance, so it is very unlikely that any last minute vacancies can be filled upon last-minute cancellations.

All reservations require a 50% deposit made with your credit card and are non-refundable for high season (November 1st -April 30th) as well as holidays. The remaining 50% plus all taxes and fees will be charged to the credit card provided by the guest 14 days in advance.

From (May 1st-October 31st) any cancellations or reservation change made less than 60 days to your arrival date will not be refunded. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a $50 service fee for individual rooms or 10% of the entire reservation rate for full villa rentals. Holiday reservation deposits are always non-refundable, all reservations rental balance shall be paid 14 days prior to arrival date. Guests departing early will be charged the entire balance of the original reservation. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Any change for your reservation will be considered a cancellation unless there is availability for a change. In the event of a change to be possible the amount paid would be credited towards the new reservation minus a $250 change fee.

Master Card, Visa, American Express and ATM/ATH are accepted for payment. The balance due after the initial deposit will be charged 14 days prior to arrival date. A 7.6% Energy surcharge and 9% government tax is charged (for a total of 16.6%) and collected with the balance due on arrival.

Tres Sirenas has a no visitor policy, and only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Guests renting the entire villa who are planning an event will be charged an event fee of $750 for up to 25 persons including registered guests, and $1,000 for 25-40 persons, including registered guests. Any damages to the rooms, and Tres Sirenas property will be promptly assessed and charged to the credit card of record, at the discretion of the management.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Any additional guests will be charged $50 per day, per person.
