Payments & Deposits:· A 50% deposit is required upon booking for all reservations· Remaining balance (50% + taxes/fees) will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
Units Available: We offer 5 oceanfront units. We recommend booking early, as our availability fills up quickly
Cancellation Policy: Our guests typically book well in advance, making it challenging to rebook rooms in the event of a cancellation.
· High Season (Nov 1 – July 31) & Holidays: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances other than Tres Sirenas not being able to host your reservation.
· Low Season (August 1 – Oct 31): Cancellations made 60+ days before reservation arrival date: A $50 fee for individual rooms or 10% for full villa rentals will be charged as a Cancellation Charge
· Low Season Cancellations made within 60 days of reservation arrival date are non-refundable under any circumstances other than Tres Sirenas not being able to host your reservation.
· High Season and Low Season Reservation Changes: Considered a cancellation unless changes can be accommodated. Reservation change fee is: $250 on top of any rate difference of dates originally booked and dates changed.
· Cancellations made less than one week prior to arrival date, due to any circumstance, will be charged for the entire balance of the reserved stay.
· Early departures are considered a cancellation and will be charged the full reservation balance.
· All cancelations must be confirmed in writing.
We STRONGLY recommend adding travel insurance to protect your stay against unforeseen contingencies including bad weather, illness and job-related delays. (Providers: Travelex, Faye, AIG Travel Guard) Tres Sirenas will not process refunds for cancelled or readjusted reservations under any circumstances other than Tres Sirenas not being able to host your reservation.
Other Terms and Conditions:
· Payment Methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, ATM/ATH.
· Taxes/Fees: 7.6% energy surcharge and 9% government tax (total 16.6%). These fees will be charged along the remaining 50% of your reservation balance 7 days prior to your reservation date.
· No Visitors: Only registered guests allowed on premises.
· Event Fees (for full villa rentals):
$750 for up to 25 people (including registered guests).
$1,000 for 25-40 people (including registered guests).
· Smoking: Not allowed in rooms or premises
· Extra Guests: $50 per day per additional guest.
· Any damages to the rooms or Tres Sirenas property will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file, based on the fair market value of the item and repair services, at the discretion of management.
